[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Quick 1911 barrel question

My new Fall project is to replace the 5" barrel in my SA LW.

I've narrowed the barrel down to a Kart, but for the life of me I can't remember if the ramp cut is Nowlin/Wilson/Para/Clark/etc.

What say you?

If my memory serves me right.........they are offered in both syles of ramp cut.......

I believe you're right about Kart barrels, but my question wasn't worded specific enough.

Inorder to replace my SA barrel, which ramped barrel do I need?

Nowlin/Wilson should be what your after if it's a ramped barrel.
