the front hinge pin on my Bomar is loose. after 150 rounds or so, it's already coming out. what's the best way to secure it? should i peen it in? i don't want to make the hinge sticky though, otherwise the sight won't function correctly.

Peen/dent the edge of the pin hole with the sharp edge of a chisel.
