| I admit to knowing nothing about the pistol you're contemplating, but for a first 1911, I recommend sticking to something conventional like a basic SA Mil-Spec or Colt equivalent. The basic SAs can be had for less than $500, and if the bug stops biting, you could recover most of that on a resale. You might want to check gunbroker.com to see if there's any sales history on your proposed acquistion. Unless it's being offered essentially free, I'd steer clear, but that's an opinion driven by ignorance, not experience. |
