There seems to have been quite a few two-tones leaving our shop lately and here’s a look at a matched set of Signature Grade Colts that Ted recently completed.  It’s been said before and it still holds true, there may be no better example of a “gunman’s” piece than a well executed two-tone Government Model. Classic and practical, the traditional styling of blue over hard chrome is as functional as it is good looking and for those who want a durable finish on the gun’s ‘interface’ but still wish to have the benefits of a dark finish a proper two-tone combination is often times just the ticket. Neatly tucked away in a Summer Special and a two-tone gun just looks right at home whether on the range or hidden away for concealment use and the only thing needed to complete this set is a left-handed S/S to facilitate a faster and much more exciting reload.  To the best of my recollection this is only the second matched pair of two-tone Signature Grades that Ted has done... the owner of the other set must be a lucky guy.  Enjoy...
