Here are some pics of my first build, just back from Coal Creek where it received their melonite treatment. I highly recommend their work. I put 250 flawless rounds through it prior to treatment. I will shoot it tomorrow and post pics of the target. Now I have to start the next build so I can start recouping the cost of tools, setting up a work bench, running electricity to the basement etc.

Looks really good.  Don't leave us hanging, tell us more about it.  What parts did you use?  How long did it take?  Did you take a builders class or just learn on your own?

I don't like to think about the cost, but I would put it at about $1300, give or take $100. And another $250.00 in tools. I had deluded my self originally by thinking I could save money; I got over that very quick. I have to attribute much of the success to using only top shelf parts. I can't imagine fitting out of spec parts or ones made of inferior material. I did not take a class; just lots of time on Blindhogg's site, and the Jerry Kuhnhausen books. I would guess there is a solid 80hrs of work in it, and that it a lot of learning time.
