I have a Kimber Pro Carry and really want a Colt Commander. Trying to swing both. Which is better?

I agree. I have both, actually several Commanders, and I like them better them my Pro Carry.

I used to own a Pro Carry... I'm sure someone still does.

I will die with my 1976 Colt Combat Commander on my hip.

Figure that sums up my perspective.

I've owned two Pro Carry pistols. Both were very accurate and trouble free and I liked the aluminum frame for the weight savings

Thanks all. Im just torn, Ive shot both but just cant make up my mind. Almost as hard as dating to good looking girls at one time.

I think you answered your own question when you asked it...

You have one...

You want the other...

You don't want to get rid of the one you have...

In short, buy the Colt you want.

Neither is "better" they both toss .45 lead and do it well.

If after you buy the Colt you find yourself not caring about the Pro Carry sell it. If you find the same of the Colt sell it...

If you like 'em both keep them.

There is no better, only what you want.
