Does this model come with a full length guide rod? What is a GI Spec guide rod, that is the website said. Thanks for the help.

GI Spec is a standrad short guide rod and a button at the end of the spring, fitting to the bushing.

I've been thinking of the 108285 myself. You already know it does not have the full length guide rod. Other items of note is that it does not have the front slide serrations and has a single side (on the left) safety. I have the 108282 and it's been great.
