I bought a box of 1911 parts and I think I might have one?  I thought it was different looking the tail curves down more than normal. It's wider and flatter also?
I will try to get a pic.

I don't know if the bag is right for the part or not.  It reads  Wilson # 429SC

That is different looking. The Colts at work look like the grip safety I have pictured.
