They feed just fine but they do not always actuate the side stop.  I am using a Wilson Combat Bullet Proof slide stop with a detent in it.  Standard 7rd mags are 100%.  Do I need heavire mag springs, if so, where to get them?

I had that happen to me one time with my Springfield, the first time I shot the pistol.

I was running 230 hardball through a 47D and it didn't lock back. First 8 rounds. Worked fine after that, 100%.

I've got no tips, though.

The 8 round mags wear out springs pretty quickly. Could be your problem.

The slide stop has a detent in it? If so, that may aggrevate the problem if the springs are getting weak.

I think Wolff makes extra power mag springs.

Mags are brand new.  Have mabey 300 rnds between five of them, none have been 100% engaging the stop since I boought them.

My TRP doesn't always lock back with Wilson mags either.  I solved the problem by switching to McCormick Power Mags.  I know it isn't great advice, but it did solve the problem.

These are better than the Wolff Springs.

ISMI gunsprings

The Wilson spring replacement is the SSCS-2.  You can get 'em from Brownell's.

Even though it says that they're not to be used with Wilson mags, Marc assured me that was because Wilson mags use Wolff springs as their sole source for mags.  Sure enough, they are a perfect replacement.  I run ISMI springs in all my Wilson mags.
