Here I go with another question: If I order a semi-custom pistol, i.e. Baer, Brown, Wilson, NH, with fixed combat sights, do these shops test fire each pistol before shipping? What I'm getting at is, if I receive my pistol, and head out to the range and it stacks'em in there @ 25 yds but it's printing 1" high and 1" to the right, what do I do? I'm aware some shops guarantee certain group sizes at certain ranges, but are the groups actually where you're aiming. Hey, don't rough me up too bad, I'm a custom rifle guy that has customs built without any sights and mounts scopes to them, so with a pistol I have to depend on the shop to have their shit together (that is if I'm doing my job behind the gun). |
