I've got a Commercial 1917 colt that I would rate in 95% condition, but the barrel is Black like the Military models. I have seen some pictures of some fairly used older commercial 1911s where the barrels are black. But to confirm were all commercial barrels shiny/unfinished or were some made with barrels that were blued/blacked out? |
