I was wondering what brand of bullets everyone else shoots with their 1911, I use Winchester  FMJ 230 Grain, I find them to be the most accurate for the price, Wolf's are cheaper but I think they create much more foulings in the Barrel. What about everyone else?

Berry's or X-treme bullets lately.  Very economical and accurate enough for practice ammo.

I handload and use cast lead bullets.
I shoot a 185gr lead semi-wadcutter loaded slightly mild for plate matches, a 200gr LSWC loaded stiffer for bowling pin matches, and some 230gr lead ball for whatever.
They may not measure up to Golden Sabers, etc., but you wouldn't be happy being hit with one either. Even the 185gr target loads would ruin your day.

I like to roll my own. Generally mixed brass CCI 300 Primers 4.8 grains Bullseye and some Rainier Ballistics 200 grain Flat points.

I have started using WST, and either CCI or Winchester primers.
The LSWC I use look like the Keith Style bullets- truncated cone/flat nose.

Precision Bullets, 200 grain RN.  Used to use cast but they were too messy, and Rainier got too expensive.
