I purchased a drop in grip safety, tactical extended thumb safety, and factory enhanced slide stop from Wilson. Are these products hard to fit up or do you recommend that I let a gun smith handle the job.

I have fitted all of the parts that you have obtained, not necessarily from tha manufacturer .
The only part that you might have trouble with is the thumb safety.I suggest you get a video or cd on gunsmithing the 1911 before you try it

The slide stop and drop in grip safety should not be a problem.

The thumb safety will need to be fitted.

Big +1 for Rifleman55's suggestions.

Just beware what you are dropping the SS into. I was having problems with a Para, and the Bulletproof rectified things immediately. Months later, I discover the problem crept up again and what's more all the metal at the slide stop notch was all burred out. They tried to weasel out of the warranty work stating it was an aftermarket part that was not fitted properly, after I raised enough shit they took the pistol and deburred it (that's problably all they did as a fix). I had since discovered that Para's soft metal slides comes from inconsistencies in their heat treating process, but that's a different can of worms. If you aren't certain of the Rockwell hardness of the slide and SS, double check and/or have a gunsmith take 10-15 min to "fit" the part if you are hell bent on CYA. The truth is they are drop in parts and should have no problem being interchanged with IN-SPEC weapons.
