set up 15" round rifle gong at 100 yds. Sat. was surprised to see my Colt .45 was hitting it point of aim (not every shot, but misses were evenly spaced around gong) with a standing two handed hold. a freshly painted gong is great for seeing hits at distance was expecting to hold about 6" high of gong.... my Combat Targer is zeroed at 40 feet +/- so when shooting an IPSC classifier Sun that required 50 yd shots, was hitting 5" high.... 230 gr. FMJ, barely major at 730 fps. |
