I need to know what parts will fit in a SA Mil-Spec with little to no fitting such as beavertail, slide stop, extractor, sear, etc?  Thanks for any and all info.

I've got some drop-in parts for a SA mil-spec (e.g. King's beavertail, etc.) so IM me if you might be interested in buying them.

For an extractor, the AFTEC unit is the easiest to to tension properly for a hobby builder.  Pricey, but they work well.

On the beavertail and the mainspring housing I would go with the Smith and Alexander. The beavertail take a little filing but look better than a drop in. the MSH is for getting rid of the ILS that Springer puts on now. I would go with on of Cylinder and Slide drop in trigger kits also. pretty easy to install, if you know how to completely disassemble the 1911.

Thank you.  I might have to put the Mil-Spec project on hold though.  On of my classmates is getting rid of a Glock 23/swat issue; so depening on his price I might get this first.  What can I say I am asucker when it comes to good deals on good guns.  The Mil-Spec is a definant project.  Thanks again.
