Not familiar with cam lock is it a universal standard like 3 lug or manufacturer specific?

Close to it, Griffin makes a piston for most popular silencers and all those pistons work with the cam lok muzzle device. Best part about is no backing off every 10 rounds or so like with regular thread on pistons. |
