Any railed 1911 holster should work.

The rail on the Colt is larger than most others now. The first Rail Guns will work in that. About 2 years ago, Colt went to the larger, beefed up frame/rail the the Marine Corps guns had. If you have a later gun, you will need a holster made for the M45A1.

i posted this in another thread but this is who i would talk to.........

If your interested in kydex this is who i used. He made me two with and without a light for my railed ruger.
Gun has probably been drawn / holstered 400 times between the two / carried quite a bit.
Seem outstanding so far to me.

The holster fit is to the light. Any light bearing holster will work

The light is going to sit slightly lower on the newer Colts. It won't fit a tightly molded holster made for other railed 1911s.

Seems like slim pickings

KT Mech should be able to fit the M45 style rail.

A holster made for a standard railed 1911 won’t fit your colt at all.

KT mech DOES list the M45. I have 2 of their light bearing holster and they are well made. They're my go to kydex holster makes.

Email Shadow Holsters.  I agree, I have an IWB for a Kahr CM9, OWB for S&W M&P fullsize with TLR-1, single and double mag holsters, OWB for M&P compact, OWB for Sig 938, and my latest is for my Range Officer Elite Operator with TLR-1.  No issues whatsoever.  Perfect fit for carry or IDPA.  Quick to ship and will do what he can to make whatever you need

Tap rack holsters has what you want, look for the holsters made for M45 1911. It will accommodate the rail. Had to go this route for my combay unit.

Two CZ holsters from them for me they are great quality, lots of options, reasonable wait, and not break the bank pricing.

I went with OTG for my MC Operator + X300U-B, but I wanted an RTI-compatible holster.
