Properly engraved 1911s are absolutely beautiful. Especially deep blued ones  with Ivory grips.

There's a guy on this site that has a really sweet barbecue gun, and he usually shows it off at every opportunity thread he can. I forget his username but his gun is very nice. It's not too embellished but is very tastefully embellished and it looks absolutely Beautiful

That engraving looks pretty good for laser engraving, and better yet, it isn't covering any of the areas that I would absolutely have to modify if I were actually going to shoot it.
