Had an impulse buy the other day
Stopped at the LGS and one of the crew said Sir James check this out. Was one of the Chris Kyle Operators. Thought it was pretty cool to see one in person so after some thought I picked it up. Came with a Cert from Springfield display box that is numbered to the pistol and a copy of the book American Sniper. Not sure what I am going to do with it at this point. Keep it as an investment or take it out and shoot the shit out of it. Time will tell. Folks will ask, it is not as refined as my Pro but they are in two different realms of 1911. A custom shop build vs a production gun. It is still very nice. Slide frame fit is good. Trigger is good. Finish is good. Overall I am happy with it. Sir James... |
