I have owned a DW Valkyrie for approx 3 months now.  I passed 3,800 rounds with it yesterday.  It hasn't had a single issue.... (the rear sight started to come loose so I put a drop of locktite on and tightened the set screw), but it hasn't had a single feeding issue of any kind.  I bought 8 mags from checkmate, 7 rounders and a couple of 10 round mags, and the gun has been 100%.  I couldn't be happier.  The problem is me, I've never really owned a 1911 for any period of time, always plastic guns, so I don't know if this is normal or not.  My ejector, https://www.shootingillustrated.com/articles/2016/2/8/1911-ejector-installation/ , rocks back and forth a little, and I can lift the front of it up maybe a 1/16" and kind of rock it.  I clean the gun thoroughly after I put any rounds through it, but I never payed any attention to how tight the extractor was vs how tight it is.  Anyone with knowledge on this, please help.  I shoot steel every tuesday night and this is my favorite pistol by far, I don't want to break anything further if I can prevent it.

                                            Thanks,
                                                         Woody

If you're not having ejection issues, it's fine. You won't damage anything. They are typically glued or pinned in place, but I had one on a Springfield that could be pulled out by hand and the gun ran great.

Thanks for the help.   Some people have told me certain companies glue the ejector in, I'm not going to do that but it seems there are different ways to install them.

If it gets looser, have DW re-stake it. Watch Larry Vickers 1911 vid he talks about it. More or less you are fine for a bit.

I had a Springfield with a loose ejector.  Never hurt anything.  That said for DW money, I'd call them and get a shipping tag and have them fix it.

When assembled the slide keeps the ejector captured in the proper position and if the gun runs, there is no concern

+1  Don't worry about it until you start catching brass to the head.
