I finally got my Nitro 10mm to the range today! 
I had a Glock 20SF, but could never learn to love it. I traded it on a Colt Delta but never fired it, traded it after others warned me about the non-supported chamber bulging the brass. I traded it in on a STI Nitro 10mm & couldn't be happier. Not my gun but one from STI's web site: 
I was shooting on a metal target range & couldn't shoot for groups. But I was nailing poppers & swinging plates from 20 yards with absolutely no problem at all hitting them. Recoil in the all-steel gun was no different from a .45acp 1911, IMO. Brass ejected in a consistent pile about 8 feet away. Add another gun to the "never trade or sell it" list for me, IMO. If you're shopping for a new 1911 or a 10mm, I can strongly urge this one.

| Looks nice. STI does make some very nice guns. I personally have never had one although remember wanting one of their 1911's back in the 90's only issue was it was way out of my price range back then. So I got H&K Tactical 45 instead. I did shoot an STI in 38 Super and loved it. |
