I've been looking at different 45's... Was looking at the M45A1 from colt and saw that some come in the usual colt blue box and other come in a pelican green case? Is there any other difference? Is one more expensive? Thanks

Do you carry your 45A1 + CQBR at work?

That would be truly bad ass!

Oh, wait:  militarization of the po-lice hurts my feelz!

When you're down to a pistol for defense, the M45A1 would be the one I want filling my hand.

Unfortunately I do not. My agency issues G22s.

If/when I buy another 1911 it'll either be an M45A1 or a Springfield professional rail. Which means it will be a looooooong time until I buy another 1911.

For a $500 price difference there has to be more than just a fitted barrel.

I went with the CQBC.

The SA Pro is also nice.
