I would make sure it is well oiled and then put it in a custom display case over the mantle or in your man cave and
then have it Insured for a minimum of $3K...JMHO. Then I would save up for a nice quality Metro Arms Trophy 1911 model (just under $600 OTD) as you then have a nice quality shooter while you admire your Colt Series 70 Gold Cup as a heirloom piece... You did very well, so enjoy the classic piece you have... |
