Bought this slide for a build a while ago and finally got around to it.  After looking closely at it, I noticed the slide recess for the barrel lugs are slightly rolled and un even.  Think this will cause lock up problems?

I would probably just knock the high spots down with a dowel rod and emery cloth and try it, just because you have it in hand. The bbl lugs may fit ok.
Won't be the only fitting you have to do,for sure.

Edited because i can't spell do.

Also: i have run slides peened worse than that.

The rough machining makes an optical effect causing the lugs to look crooked but I don't think they are. The machining doesn't mean anything. I'd say the barrel used with that slide was poorly fitted and caused the peening, which is not bad. Put it together and see how it fits.

My calibrated eyeball says it will work.  But don't go by me, try it and see (and let us know).
