After a good half-year of looking, I finally scored a mint pre-'13 Kimber Team Match II - less than 500 rounds (way less - rear sight was never adjusted) for just over a grand. Not only one of the coolest looking 1911s out there, but considering it is a production pistol, the thing is very accurate for a 1911, and has an amazing trigger - best trigger I've shot in a 1911. Not super crazy about the sights, but hopefully I'll get used to them.
