yeah, I'm sure it's been asked before, but searches did not reveal.
Just got a RIA commander size in 45. I'd like to get a few extra mags, and I've read that some are just junk. So what mags should i be looking for, and which to avoid ? thanks |

Read this:

Quoted:
A Colt 7 round mag with a Wolff 11lb spring would be my mag of choice in a Commander. Second on the list would be a Wilson 47+p. Stick with 7 round mags to make life easy... I used to think that was bullshit, but 7 round Colt style mags with the dimpled followers are the only ones that have reliably worked 100% of the time. |

The Wilson's were not 100% in my gun. |
