I really like the Thunder Ranch Special but I have a chance to trade into a Premier11 and don't really know much about these higher end 1911s, what is the difference between these two guns ?

Baer TRS versus PII

TRS:
Nite sights, thin grips, mild edge break, neat slide logo

PII
Adjustable rear sight, or fixed all black front and rear
Regular thickness 1911 grips

They are build the same way only difference is the features your choice. I have a PII and a Concept III they are great guns either way you
won't be disappointed.

Also p I I has a three hole trigger while trs is solid. Some p II have the carry bevel . Iirc you can order the premier with 1.5 group package but not the trs. Can't go wrong either way.
