| Picked up a 1911-22 to plink around with. The plastic grips are awful. Just want something else that will work but at a low cost since its just a plinker |

The Ergo grips are great, very grippy and under $25

Saw a link and tried duragrips, I'm very happy with them and will get another pair.
Feel similar to my VZ gunners http://www.duragrips.com/

The Ergo grips are about as thin as you get without chaning the grip bushings. Hogue also makes a slim rubber (non-wrap-around) grip for under $15. Quoted:

Are any of these inexpensive grips "thin grips"? The Ergo grips are about as thin as you get without chaning the grip bushings. Hogue also makes a slim rubber (non-wrap-around) grip for under $15. I bought a pair for $9.98 on midway and they have a few color choices. One is pink. LOL. I got like an FDE color. I haven't taken a pic yet. I might not leave them though. They're too thin for me. But they're the same as a typical grip. I just like my grip fat. |
