Anyone know how to contact Rock Island Armory's Customer Service?
I have a RIA compact 1911 that is giving me fits. It fires the first round then nothing you have to pull the slide back 1/2 way and release and it will fire the next. This is repeated almost every shot. I have used the factory mags and McCormick power mags, and three different types of ammo. I'm not sure if its covered under their warranty so I would like to call them. Thanks in advance for the help. |

web site has contact number at bottom, start there. I had problems with my RIA 1911 and contacted the company; they said mail it in we will take a look. Never said it would be for free and in the end I just figured out what was wrong (extractor in my case). Making the gun work was frustrating but, in the end worth it. Google the issue there is a ton of help with 1911s on the net |
