I picked this up a little while ago. It's used, but doesn't look to have been shot much at all. I know there's not a lot of love for theses, but at $425 out the door, I think I got a pretty good deal.
First few times I shot it, no failures at all, however the slide wouldn't always lock back on empty. I replaced the mag springs and followers with Wilson Combat and haven't had a problem since. I've been carrying this over my beloved airweight lately. Not as light and comfortable, but the 2 extra rounds and .45 over .38 is hard to pass up. So, what say ye..... |

I've heard a lot of negative reviews, and Para doesn't seem to be a favorite around here, but I've owned two so far (had a P13 but sold it) and never had any reliability issues to date. It seems the biggest issues are the magazines, but a quick change of spring and follower usually does the trick. |

That is one hell of a deal on a sweet pistol. I wouldn't believe the negative reviews.
The one I had, I had for years and it now belongs to my brother. Thousands of rounds later, it is still running fine. It does have a preference for Para mags, which are expensive. |

Not crazy, but not cheap. |
