I am looking for a 1911 frame with a tactical rail on the frame. Anyone know where I can buy a stripped frame like this that is good quality?

Caspian. They have railed frames in several sizes in both carbon and stainless. Many different option as well (checkering, integrated plunger tube, pre cut for grip safeties, etc.) Good stuff.

Depending on how important price is to you, also check out Foster Industries. They are the parent company of Caspian and sell blemished frames at a discount. The ones I've seen took me a long time to find the blemishes.
