I just picked up a TRP in stainless a few weeks ago and I am already sick of having to use a tool to disassemble it for cleaning. Can you guys make some suggestions as to what GI set up I should use. Is there a difference between brands... quality speaking? What online retailer should I go through?

If I recall, in my Loaded I used whatever was cheaper in Brownells catalog between Ed Brown and Wilson. I think I wound up with a Wilson GI rod, and a EB plug.

Ditch the front half of the takedown guide rod and order a plug from Ed Brown. They are probably the best looking ones out there.
