Purchased a new MC Operator. Went for it over the TRP Operator for a couple reasons.

I don't like the aggressive checkering on the TRP.
Don't like the adjustable sights.
Wanted the standard Barrel/Bushing set-up.
Don't like the ILS lock on the mainspring housing and was going to have to change it anyway.

That being said, I am now going to send the gun into the SACS for some work.

Checker the front strap to match the Wilson speed-chute MSH
Install Wilson Bullet Proof extractor, single side safety, slide stop, sear, spring, disconnector, hammer, and FPS.
4.5 lb trigger pull action job
Standard carry bevel
Polish feed ramp
Armory Kote entire pistol flat black.

I also picked up a set of VZ Operators in Dark Cherry for it.

Any other things I should consider while they have it?

How much do you estimate all the upgrades to cost?

I actually like the green frame on the MC's.

Looking like probably around 600 bucks. (But that is before the Wilson parts, which I have had for some time. Mostly picked from Ebay after I would sell something and have Paypal money )
Exspensive way to do this, I know!
The MC was about 300 less than the TRP in my case. A buddy from work actually picked up the TRP.

I would say no need to replace the sear spring, but I would replace the sear if your getting the action job done you have listed.

I'd have SA blend the chute and frame to make a nice smooth transition.

I'd also replace the barrel bushing, with a egw custom fit one, if my groups were 3"+ at 25 yards.

I sent mine to Wilson, and have them go through it replace what they thought in need, ie reliability package, thighten the frame to slide, and checker it at 30LPI, then redo the finish in green and black.  I did buy it used, no known round count but it looked like it spent more time holstered than shot.

I thought the NM barrel and bushing was a strong point on this gun. You think a Kart and EGW would be a significant upgrade?
I am reading good things on the EGW

If you don't want to change the barrel out, have them fit a custom bushing. I did this with my Loaded, but also upgraded to a Nowlin barrel.
