I finally got my dick skinners on one of these over the weekend and it felt great. I didn't know how I would feel about front strap but it was really comfortable in the hand. I guess I hadn't ever paid attention to the beavertail grip on some of the guns that I have fondled but I liked how it pointed. They had a Kobra Carry two guns away from it so I spent a couple of minutes going back and forth between the two. The Super Carry Pro was noticeably lighter.
Anyone have any experience with one of these yet? The only person that I know that has one carries the ultra version but it feels completely different. If you own or have shot one have you ever shot the Kobra Carry and how did it compare? The price difference between the two was $1,000 at this store. For that much of a difference and assuming that the super carry is reliable I don't know that I could justify the extra money to myself. |
