Give me some input on what ya think about the Carry 9 pistol.  Some of the guys at work are interested in this pistol.  We have watched the video on the website pertaining to the LDA trigger.  Some of them have reservations about the pistol due to the trigger.  At work we carry Glock 23's and are use to its trigger reset.  Going by the video, you have to keep letting out the trigger to what I believe was referred to as the "2nd click".

If anyone has one of these pistols and you are near the triad (NC) let me know.

I posted about the same thing under "What do ya'll think" and didn't get any replies either. We're being ignored.  I've had a couple LDA's that I shouldn't have gotten rid of. Slick trigger !!! You'll love it !!!

I got one about 4 months ago. Last month I shot it in a "snubby match" that my action pistol
club put on. Not one malfucntion. (little over 100rds) I feel even better carrying it concealed

Sorry guys.  I didn't mean to ignore you.  I joined as quickly as I could.

Anyway, I like this trigger pull a lot.  It's very light, and resets easily.  I carry this when I give my .45 the day off.  They're both 1911 style guns so that makes things easier.  I have very little problem transitioning between the two, and if I only had the Carry 9, I would feel well armed.  I haven't  had a failure of any kind with it so far, and I've had it for about 6 months, when I bought it used from Buds.

In short, I love the gun.

A good friend of mine, who has been shooting .45 for several decades, asked me if I was interested in selling it.  I said no.

I can't speak to how it compares to a Glock.  I borrowed a Glock 23 for my CCW class before I got my current carry guns, and I don't remember how they compare.

I have one and love it. The finish shows wear pretty quickly, but it operates and shoots great.

I too have one and love it.  Bought is used, but in great shape.  Had a few FTE right off of the bat.  Replaced the recoil spring assembly and the Power Extractor with an EGW extractor and it runs 100% again...

FYI....Para recommends replacing that recoil spring once a year.
