In addition to this and the S&W Forum there is a new forum dedicated solely to the Bodyguard .380 and there is quite a bit of discussion going on there. Bodyguard380 DOT com.
Seems a number of owners are having major problems with trigger reset on this model and many are going back to the factory for repairs. Some issues with the lasers. Many satisfied users.

I have been eyeballing this 380.

I'm hoping they get the kinks out before I buy.

S&W CS is pretty good though.

Had a problem with a 642, they took care of it right away.

S&W has excellent CS, in my experience with the M&P 9.

They are a great company and I'd be very surprised if they didn't take very good care of you.
