| Are these guns any good? Local shop has one for $225, looks to be stainless. Two mags and the box. It is used, and I will be able to fire it before I take it. Never seen one before, almost looks like an all metal version of an LCP. I know, there are better choices for a carry piece than .32 auto, but if it shoots well, I might go for it. Of course, spare parts might be tough or nonexistent. |

I don't think they are 32 ACP. but i could be wrong edit- I see they are made in 32 ACP. I thought some of them had a proprietary cartridge...? The one I looked at definitely was-IIRC it was a Mark II. There is a spare magazine listed on gunbroker, but no gun. ETA-now that you mention a proprietary round, I think I heard something about that too. Anyway, looked like a decent gun at worst, and being able to shoot it forat is a plus. Good thing I have a couple boxes of .32 for my Enfield chamber adapter, I don't have to buy ammo for it. |
| I think I've seen these before, but unfortunately I can't give a review at all. I believe they were pretty much a copy of the Seecamp, as was the NAA Guardian. I had a NAA in .32 and it was a decent pistol for what it was. Have you considered a Kel-Tec P32? It will be a good bit lighter and have a warranty for not much more $. |

Thanks for the idea regarding the P32-the only reason I'm considering the Autauga is because it was there when I was looking for what I want for a carry pistol now that IA passed shall issue. Sure, it doesn't take effect till Jan, but that way I can get used to it. I was able to shoot it tonight, considering the rudimentary sights it did quite well. I can get it for $200 cash(tag price) or if I trade a .22 rifle they were interested in it will essentially be $225. Also going to borrow a friend's LCP to see how I like shooting it, so if I don't get the .32 I'm probably going after the LCP. Benefit to .32 is I already keep ammo around as I have a chamber adapter for my Enfield. I will say the .32 had about twice the recoil I expected from such a small round-not terrible, but definitely noticeable. |

It's a blowback operated gun so recoil will be worse than something like the Kel-tec P32. |
