Got a 69 series S&W. Is there any adjustability built in to the trigger? DA pull is heavy, but I can live with that. My problem is the SA pull.. Specifically creep.. I can pull the trigger 3/4 of the way, hold it there, and when I decide to fire, just a slight movement is all it takes for it to fire. When I say 3/4ths of the way I mean a LONG trigger pull in SA. Is this just the way Smiths are? Im used to 1911s so I know there is a huge difference.. Any input is appreciated..

You may be mixing "creep" with "take up", which is normal on that SA/DA design.
"Creep" would appear after initial "take up", just prior to "let off".
When actually firing, once the heavy DA mode is fired, all remaining shots can be fired without releasing the trigger as much as you describe, as that type of S&W auto has a very short "reset" to get the next shots off with minimal trigger movement.
Next time the gun is cleared, rack the slide, mag empty, holding the trigger back as if just fired, release the slide, still holding the trigger back...now aim it in a safe direction and slowly release the trigger a little...you should hear a click, it's "reset" and ready to fire.
Sure, if you let the trigger come forward all the way with the hammer cocked, you will get that "take up" again when you go to pull it again.
Smiths aren't the only ones like that, most all SA/DA autos are similar in varying degrees.
