Would there be a noticeable difference in point of impact between 180 grain FMJ .40 S&W and a 155 grain hydro-shock at 21 feet? It's coming out of a 5 inch XD if that makes any difference. I finally got some "cheap" practice ammo and don't want to burn up my hydro's to test this (I'm broke as hell).

define noticeable.

I know I saw 2 different groups with my a Colt 45 (not acp) shooting 250grain vs 200.

Not a whole lot at 7 yards but, yes, you'll likely see a difference in POI.
