Any Idea of what its worth. They only made it one year its SS and 9mm. Mint condition I bought it new and cant seem to locate much info on them the model would be CP900. I paid a little over 400 for it.

Figure $650 on the really low end to $900. Last one I saw was $850 used but in good shape with the box. I don't know why everyone goes nuts over the small Khars when the pocketnine was pretty much the same thing. Colt needs to start making these, amongst other guns, again.

"The reason Colt quit making them is they got sued for infringing on a Kahr patent which was for an off set lug on the barrel. The offset lug allowed for a slightly lower barrel profile. Kahr prevailed, Colt stopped making the pocket 9 and the pony series." Found the above on another site. Seems like Colt could have worked out a deal with Kahr. Oh well, another great design goes to the graveyard. |
