I would like something accurate, reliable and in the $500-600 range. I have plenty of .38special and .22LR so these my choices so far:

S&W 586

CZ Kadet

Browning Buckmark

Sig 220 Classic .22

I'm not really a fan of the Ruger MKIIIs or 22/45 and if I have to I can get just the Kadet conversion for my 2 CZ-75s.  Any help on my choices would be appreciated.

Of those choices the Browning Buckmark is the answer. Spend the leftover money on more .22 ammo. The Buckmark is one solid piece. It will serve you well for a lonnnnng, long time. Nice and accurate, too.

That's easy. Get the Kadet. Spend the rest on ammo.

Another Browning Buckmark vote.  Great pistol, and if you have a 1911A1 another plus is the ergonomics - grip angle and control positions are very close to a 1911A1.
