I know AIM now has CZ82 back on the menu. I am shopping for one. Who else has the current batch of CZ82?
SOG has a sale on the CZ82 for $180. Any experience with the CZ82 from SOG? Condition? Extra mag and holster? Also notice that the holster that comes with current CZ82 from AIM is of different model from the previous batch of CZ82. Is this a different batch of import completely? Other source you can recommend? Thanks. oz |

After some research ... here are the list of vendors:
CDNN ($149 - 189 depending condition, no holster, comes with 1 mag, extra mag is $30 more, shipping $20, no CC charge, but they don't ship to C&R anymore. So FFL fee needed.) AIM ($220, comes with black nice looking belt holster and single mag pouch, comes with 2 mags, shipping is less than $20 for 2-day UPS. Note: from pic in website the slide does not show visible import mark. No CC charge.) CenterFireSystems ($205 or $200 for 2 or more, comes with same holster as AIM but no sign of mag pouch, comes with 2 mags, shipping is also under $20 for 2-day UPS, but additional $3.50 signature fee added. 3% charge for using CC. Pistol shown in website does show rather large import mark on left side of slide). SOG (last flyer says $180, picture shows extra mag and old flap military holster. Condition is claimed to be "good-VG". Not sure about shipping. I know they charge 3% fee for CC) MilitaryGunSupply ($200, comes with a flap holster and 2 mags, shipping is under $20. No CC fee.) ClassicArms ($200, comes with new style black holster and single mag pouch (just like those from AIM), and 2 mags. No idea about shipping. No CC charge.) OK, AIM cost is the highest, but they also have the best reputation and known for good customer service. ClassicArms, AIM, and CenterFire may have current import batch since their pistols come with the black belt holster that looks different from last batch. ClassicArms also claims this batch is in better condition than the previous one. Which one should I order from? |
