An acquaintance of mine has 2 guns for sale. He will keep one and sell me the other (my choice). I think both are good deals. He has a Colt python 4 in. blued that he says is "like new" for $950. He also has a S&W M&P 340 with crimson trace grips for $900 from which he has fired 50 rds. He will not sell both.
I hope to see them this weekend. Which would you choose and why? I like both, so talk me into one or the other. Thanks. |
| I say the Python and that is not a bad price if it is like new with the box and original grips––or at least in my neck of the woods. I got a python many years ago and foolishly sold it to my father which ended up trading it off. In all fainess my father asked me if I wanted to buy the Python but we did not have the finances at the time to g et it back. Well, about a year later my wife presented me the Python for a Christmas gift. My wife had found out who my dad sold/traded the Python to and she slowly paid him out. I recently took the Python out to shoot and it is a work of art, but more importantly I think about my wife getting it back for me. |
