Hope this is the proper section to list this quiestion.. I am looking to purchase either a Mac or a Tec before they are banned.. just wondering if anyone has a preference to either or have any horror stories on either.. they will only be used for fun out at the farm and the range..(by no means for protection; thats my glocks job!)
Not looking for a bunch of offtopic posts. just interested in responses from people who have shot either or both and what there likes/dislikes are and there overall preference.. thanks in advance for all of your input! |

Ok, I know I am not really answering your question that well, but the main reason you havnt gotten many (or any) yet is simply most people here do not have the love for these guns. The two guns you asked about have no semi practical use. AS F/A toys, they are an in expensive way to get into the NFA F/A market. However, almost everyone here would agree that a Glock with a 30 rd mag is more practical, or if you want a good investment, the 30 rd Glcok mags.
buying a Good working example of these guns is almost already a pain, many dont work right or are literal JAMM_O_MATICS. You can seriously buy a good semi pistol for the same price, Beratta 92, Glock 9mm or 40SW, or even a SIG for $400. If you really must have a pistol of these styles, I would say buy a mac. They are more reliable, not by much, but they are better none the less. |

If you want a pistol with big mags, get a G34 and a shiteload of G18 mags. They'll be a better investment than a POS tec/mac If you want a pistol caliber carbine, get that Berreta jobby in 9mm. CX Storm or whatever. |

I have "horror stories" with both (a 9mm MAC carbine and a Tec-9) and echo what others are saying.
Just get 33rd factory mags for your Glock. The Tecs and Macs still won't be worth much even if they're banned. Get AR lowers, and AR and AK mags if you want to "get something before they're banned". |

i know i would get most ppl saying get a 30 rd clip for ur glock... i plan on that! my glock is what i use for carry.. have just always wanted a Mac, and itll just be for fun, deffy not bought for protection or reliability!

I was looking into the mpa 30's actually.. my buddy got one n i liked it... wondering if u know any place online to order them? my friend went thru bkarms but said it took the go over a month to ship it out. just wondering if u know where to possibly find a deal on em n if ne place has them in stock? |
