XS Sight Systems (formerly Ashley Outdoors) makes and sells them. They are also available from Dillon, Brownells, and probably some others.

I had put a set on my Sig 239.  Actually I really don't like it - shoots way low, even after experimenting with aim points.  I'll stick with Trijicon next time...

I put the big dots on my glock 19.  I like it but it takes a little getting used to.  I do not have a proble shooting low.
