What would you guys suggest and why?  I am looking for a good CCW gun that can be concealed under a tucked in t-shirt if needed and not stand out on a slim build person.  I like both the only thing is the XD is a little bigger and a bit heavier.  I am interested in what you guys think and why.

'Nuff Said.

It is my main carry pistol. I use either my CTAC or my Crossbreed with great success and relatively great comfort.

There are no issues of printing and I am a skinny guy, 6'2" @ 155lbs.

Glock

personal preference; includes: easier, cheaper, and more available parts (esp), mags, accesorries, trigger reset, durability, etc

I was facing the same question recently.  I really liked the ergonomics of the xd9sc.  The trigger is great, VERY easy to disassemble and clean, and it comes with nice gear and a lifetime warranty.

I like the XD more because of the grip safety.

Glock SC for me. My XD SC stays home in the safe.

The grip on the Glock is shorter than the XD by a little.

I prefer the XD because it has an indicator at the top the the slide to show when i round is chambered. In addition, you can view the firing pin from the beck of the slide which would indicate if the pin is set or not, and as mentioned above the grip safety gives you that extra peace of mind. I personally do not like the look of the grip safety and thought i would just use a rubber slip on hogue grip to keep the safety constantly compressed, but once you start carrying you realize you can never have too many safeties, even the look of the grip safety has grown on me and i am grad to have it. Plus the feel of the XD is great. it's those little nuances that swayed me toward an XD over a glock.

I have both - prefer to CC the Glock because it is less slide-heavy and just overall feels less bulky/heavy.  I like the XD as well though, the Glock just has a slight edge for carry IMO.

I can conceal my G19 better than my XD9subcompact. And I think the G19 is lighter, but not sure.

I had the same choice when I picked a ccw.  I already had a service xd40, and while I like the grip angle on the xd, it doesn't do it for me in the compact version.  I also think the subcompact xd top heavy and strangely balanced.  That stuff, along with a better trigger reset made me choose the g27 for my ccw.
