I have a Kimber Custom II 1911 on the way, and I want to get a shoulder rig holster for it.  Does anybody have any good recomendations for one that fits the Kimber custom?

Thank you

Thank you W-W, I checked them out and they look great, but I found a DeSantis holster I like here.www.desantisholster.com/n84.html

It fits my budget better than the Galco, but I notice there is no Kimber Custom II 1911 on here.  I only see the Colt 1911.  W

ill the Kimber fit the Colt 1911 model?  If not I guess I will have to cough up the extra money for the Galco. :)

Lou Alessi makes the finest shoulder holsters available and a close second is Mitch Rosen’s “Style Master” rig.

Lots of times you will only see Colt 1911, or Colt Commander or Colt Officer's listed.

If you have a Gov't length slide get the one for the 1911 Gov't, Commander length slide (Kimber Compact, IIRC) etc.....

The slides should be darn close enough to match.

I think the Galco Fletch holster lists Colt Commander and Kimber CDP Compact.  So it should be fairly universal.

Some companies may differ, you might want to call to save shipping.
