I've recently been expanding my pistol collection considerably and I plan on expanding it further.

So, I'd like to get a small safe for my pistols.

Can you guys recommend any that aren't too expensive (say, $200 or under)?

It needs to be large enough to old about a dozen pistols, so one of the small safes won't work.

It seems as if one of those Sentry fire safes would do the job in your price range.

The small Harbor freight ones work just fine. They are reliable, and the batteries last for years.  They also come with back up key access. Electronic programmable keypads allow almost instant access.

Sams club has a very nice fireproof small/medium safe for about $200

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.

I'll check the local Wal*Marts, Sam's Clubs and Harbor Freight this weekend.
