Well I got an XD40 and a Sig P226 in .40 I wanna convert one of them to 9 mm threaded barrels to accept a suppressor, and sell the other gun. Which gun should I convert? Who sells barrles? Thanx 4 your help. |

The sig will probably be simpler to get a threaded barrel for. I have never seen one for the XD. Maybe if you have the 4" model you get buy a 5" barrel from Springfield though. Sig Barrel |
They been making 9mm suppressors for years. Why would .40 be more practical to suppress? Yes, they make .40 supporessors (but fewer than 9mm) |
