Any companies make handguns with lefties in mind? I know some have the ambi safety, how about the slide release? |
|
The 1911 with an ambi-safety is an excellent lefty gun. As noted above, the levers on the left side are easier to use for lefties than for righties. Other than that, any of the "slick slide" guns without thumb safeties, like Glock, XP, M&P or my favorite, SIG DAK. Don't bother putting slide releases and mag releases on the right side; waste of time and money. |

Well, U know about the ambi mag release - like the P99. But, the HK P2000 is truely ambi. Visit: ps90forum.com |
+1 A very good choice for lefties. I was born left handed, but can only shoot rifles right handed, (very bizarre). And shoot pistols ambi. |
Me too. Are you cross-dominant, ie, right-eyed and left handed? B. |
Yep. I am glad I don't shoot rifles left-handed, especially since I like bullpups. |
